LULAC/FTI Youth-Collegiate Federal Career Forum: LULAC Federqal Training Institute provides information and Federal Civilian and Military career opportunities for high school, college and university students, career counselors, and parents. Online and hands-on demonstrations on student programs, scholarships, and internships will be available to participants.
