LULAC and BANK of AMERICA Homeownership Workshop Preparing for the Future
LULAC and Bank of America in partnership with Dallas Consumer Credit Counseling Services are hosting a First Time Home Buyer Education Workshop entirely in Spanish.
If you have decided to become a homeowner come to our workshop. The class will educate and counsel you on budgeting and financial planning, the loan process, the role of the real estate agent, and provide you with information on insurance, title search, inspections, appraisals, and life as a homeowner. The completion of this 8 hour course will provide you with a certificate of completion. If eligible the Home Buyer Education certificate may provide you with access to DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE.
