WHEREAS, God created all peoples equal in Spirit and Rights,

WHEREAS, God created all peoples in His image,

WHEREAS, some of His people try to dominate the Economic, Political, Industrial, Civic and Legal conversation and domination on behalf of their particular cultural cast, religious affiliation and political learning,

WHEREAS, the aroma color, culture and flavor of America the Beautiful in the 2000 Census has dramatically been recognized as fact. An Hispanics constitute the major minority of the United State of America and thereby are empowered to level the playing field, dissolve the glass ceiling, distribute justice justly and convert the conversation of human and civil rights as well as distribution of services and perks evenly across the entire face of the nation,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that LULAC will take the lead in the Inclusivity, Conversation among African, Asian, Middle Eastern, Jewish, Italian, Latino/Hispanic et. Al. American communities to purge American communities to purge American from any taint or speck of RACISM against any part or portion or our great society and Union.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that LULAC will lead the way to dialogue among the various cultures, races and ideologies for better protecting the human and civil rights of all (including those of Anglo Saxon origin) America's inhabitants.
