								Community” will
								discuss the next
								steps necessary for political activism; the
								importance of a quality K-12 education;
								workforce development; and building capital
								through sound investment.

								“Minding the
								Body:  Accessing Health Care”
								will focus on
								health care issues and their impact on Latinas
								while “Soothing the Soul:  Keeping it
								Together” will examine the myths,
								stereotypes and cultural typologies that can
								challenge the mental health of many Latinas.
